The Optimum Control Quality Management System is based on two integrated flow paths as outlined in the QMS Overview.

The major flow is based on Meeting Customer Requirements - At Optimum Control we believe that if we concentrate on meeting our customer requirements our business will be successful and continue to grow.

The second feedback path is based on Continuous Improvement - We believe that by monitoring the processes and customer satisfaction level we can identify ways to improve the way we do things and so further improve our ability to meet our customers’ requirements.
